holiday house Volče

The apartments were established in 2019 in a house that had been partially renovated but left unfinished when the owners decided not to invest further time and effort into it. I took on the lease and transformed the space into pop-up apartments, guided by the concept of creating a cozy yet practical environment with low-cost furniture, easy-to-clean surfaces, and a welcoming atmosphere. This approach allowed for a comfortable and budget-friendly stay, appealing to a wide range of guests. The apartments successfully operated for five years, offering a unique and accessible accommodation experience. However, the venture recently concluded as the house was sold to a new owner, bringing this chapter to a close.
